At the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® we recognize the importance of protecting the personal information you provide us via our Web Site, (www.trarealtors.net). To that end, we maintain the following privacy policy:

We gather various types of information needed to process your transactions, fullfill your requests and maintain our membership records. They may include:

  • Contact information you provide (for example, your personal and business addresses, phone and fax numbers, firm affiliations and titles).
  • Tracking information which our web server automatically recognizes each time you visit our site or communicate with us via e-mail.
  • Information you volunteer, via applications or surveys (for example, education, designations, specialties, affiliations with other real estate organizations and general demographic data).

We use this information to:

  • Improve and customize the content and layout of our site and other communications tools.
  • Notify you of relevant products and services. Notify you of upcoming events and programs.
  • Compile specialty directories about which you will be made aware.
  • Track client/customer usage of our Web Site.
  • Assist local, state and national REALTOR® associations and affiliated Institutes, Societies and Councils in membership tracking and for their use for purposes similar to those listed above.

We will not share, sell or otherwise provide information about you to third parties, except for:

  • TRAR members and its affiliates for the limited purpose of notifying you of approved promotions or for the limited purpose of contacting targeted groups of members through marketing vehicles approved by TRAR.
  • When required by law or valid legal process
  • To protect the personal safety of our members or the public

Credit information that you provide when you make payments by credit card for products, dues or other services via our Web Site will only be used to process the transactions you request.

We maintain security procedures and standards which we believe are as safe as today's technology permits. These standards are tested regularly as new technology becomes feasible.

Our Web Site may at times contain advertising and/or links pursuant to agreements between TRAR and the advertiser. We do not maintain control of their sites or their information collection practices and TRAR will not be responsible for the activities of these third parties.
