This course is designed for real estate professionals who need to fulfill their transition requirement by April 30, 2012. The course consists of two parts—a 15 hour Broker Post License Topics and a 15 hour Illinois Broker Applied Real Estate Practices (Interactive Course).

This course is needed by any agent licensed from May 1, 2011 to February 1, 2012.

This course contains both parts and satisfies the CE requirement for transitioning brokers for the period ending April 30, 2012.

Risk Management/Agency/Financing

Seller & Buyer Counseling
