Membership Application
STEPS FOR BECOMING A MEMBER
REALTOR® Membership
  1. A two page membership application must be completed and signed.
  2. You must supply a copy of your 45-day sponsor permit, dated and signed by the managing broker.
  3. A check made out to Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® for:
    1. Your membership application fee
    2. Your association dues (local, state and national)
    3. MLS individual computer access fee (if applicable)
All of the above must be mailed or brought to the association office at 303 Springfield Avenue for processing. MLS services will not be activated until your complete package has been processed.
OFFICE Membership:
  1. Complete the four page membership application for an office and insure the signature of the managing broker.
  2. Complete the two page MLS Participation application (if applicable), and make sure the managing broker’s signature is affixed.
  3. A copy of the Broker’s license.
  4. A check made payable to Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® for:
    1. ofc/DR/mgr membership application fee.
    2. ofc/DR/mgr Association dues, (local, state national).
    3. MLS Office participation fee (if applicable).
    4. MLS Individual computer access fee (if applicable).

FEES FOR NEW REALTOR® MEMBERSHIP

In response to your inquiry as to the fees charged by the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® to become a member, those figures are as follows:

Plus a one-time application fee in the amount of $250.00, which is waived if you are currently a member of another REALTOR® Association. There is, however, a $25.00 transfer fee if you are transferring from one REALTOR® office to another in this Association.

If you have already paid the current year’s state and national dues, those amounts would also be waived. Once paid, Association dues are non-refundable.

MLS FEES:

A new REALTOR® office joining the MLS must pay a one-time MLS application fee of $500.00. There are no input fees, initial photo fee, etc.

Individual MLS computer access fees are billed every four months and prorated monthly. Currently, the fee is $144.00 per REALTOR® member.
