PROCEDURES FOR FILING A COMPLAINT

The Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® has two different types of complaints which may be submitted. If you would like to file a Complaint with the Association, you will need to fill out one or both enclosed forms, whichever is applicable to the matter:

ETHICS COMPLAINT

If you decide to file an Ethics Complaint, you will need to determine which Article(s) of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics have been allegedly violated. They must be noted in a type written statement with the reasons for the violation(s). This must be done for each Article that you choose. Please attach the narrative summary to the Complaint Form. Your statement should be type written and as concise as possible.

Include copies of any supporting documents, i.e., contracts, listing agreements, correspondence, etc.
